With AUDIO RESPONSE, RAFE Federal Credit Union's 24-hour telephone teller system, you can reach your accounts anytime day or night.  In effect, AUDIO RESPONSE puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere there is a touch-tone telephone.

With AUDIO RESPONSE, you can check your share and loan balances, make check withdrawals, transfer funds, make loan payments, see what checks have cleared, check on deposits and withdrawals and more.

To use AUDIO RESPONSE, you will need a personal identification number (PIN).  Just call the credit union to set up your PIN to access your account information.

Start Direct Deposit today and you won't have to worry about your check being lost, stolen, or misplaced.  Your money is in the bank even when you're our out of town, sick, or just can't get to the bank.

You will need to provide your employer with your credit union Account Number (including what suffix you want the funds to go to Savings or Checking) and RAFE Federal Credit Union's Routing Number (322281206).

A payroll Deduction is the method of having automatic deductions deposited into your designated account, or to automatically make a loan payment.
